Hi, after patch the Purveyor of Curiosities no longer shows the “shimmer” for neither sacred nor ancestral. Same issue unsavory oddities in pvp. Was that the intention? It said you fixed some issue in the patch notes regarding Purveyor of Curiosities.
Anyone else having same issue?

i have the same issue
- Fixed an issue where the Purveyor of Curiosities’ menu would erroneously display item quality on some items (this didn’t affect what item quality was available to gamble for).
so its expected
I’m having the same issue, however its also telling me that the purveyor is trying to sell me level 42 gear whilst im in WT4 level 79

Same issue, it additionally reads “requires item level 42”, but I do get the level 80+ sacred and ancestral when I actually purchase the item
even when it showed ancestral/sacred you could get a normal blue so they have correctly removed the indicator.
Tl:dr - just buy what you need as you have the same chance of getting ancestral/sacred/legendaries as before
Previously certain cities would have the shimmer on certain items types only. so would we assume that now all items in all cities will have the chance for ancestral and sacred ?
yes the shimmer meant nothing and was a bug, even the non shimmer one’s could give a sacred or ancestral. so if you need a ring you dont need to find a city with a shimmering ring just buy them from any purveyor.
