BUG - Agile Augments tempering tooltip

Before patch 2.0.4 released, the Rogue’s “Agile augments” provide the character with a chance to proc double damage on Flurry, Dance of Knives and Dash. Now, after the patch, the tooltip “+[number]%chance for Flurry to deal double damage” is gone and instead it says “+[numbers]% chance for Flurry to consume no charges”. The tooltip for the augment is the same on the item augmented too, with Flurry have a chance to not consume any charges.

The tooltip for Dance of Knives and Dash are still the same, with a chance for each ability to deal double damage.

Either this is just a tooltip bug, and you still get the effect of Flurry dealing double damage, or it’s an actual bug and Flurry no longer has a chance to deal double damage. I haven’t tested it nor do I have any way of testing and measuring if the effect itself is bugged or if it’s just the tooltip.

Well, it’s easy to test. Go to a training dummy, set specialisation to combo points, hit 3 basic skills to load up combo points and hit flurry. Load up combo points again, hit flurry again, rinse and repeat. If at any point they’re not consumed, then the new tooltip is correct and we got nerfed.

I’m not entirely following what you’re trying to get at but I tried the training dummy with the combo point specialization (in case that’s the charges the tooltip is referring at), and every time I used Flurry with 3 combo points, all 3 combo points were consumed.
(Tried about 50 times and I think I have around 20% proc chance for the effect).
There are too many variables to test if the proc chance still deals double damage, like the old tooltip stated, so I can’t confirm or deny anything regarding that. Only that there is a bug somewhere, either with just the tooltip or the entire effect.

I can’t think of anything more to do than to just wait for it to be looked into by someone with a better understanding.

I agree, seems like a bug. I have the double damage temper on a lower level weapon, but went to upgrade my weapon and the temper is gone or no longer available to apply. What other tempers are you all using for a flurry rogue to replace it?
