Aura of Siphoning, Grow and Decay augmentation Witch powers are not counted as growth and decay skills when using Friend of the Bog Occult Gem to gain its passive skill. Tested by inserting Witch powers into the sockets and seeing no stat changes.
i can confirm that its working with poison frog servant, hex of whisper, soul harvest.
Doesn’t work anymore if i change any of the growth and decay powers out for Decay Augmentation or Auro of Siphoning
Aura of Siphoning - You must equip one of the three available Witchcraft Auras to enable Aura Specialization. Aura of Siphoning is preferred for its Healing effect. hope this help understand how works
Yes for the benefit of Aura Specialization benefit you need to equip and Aura, and Aura of Siphoning is preferred for the healing with a damage effect, but “Aura of Siphoning” itself is listed as growth and decay and aura, and it’s not counting as a 3rd value for friend of the bog bonus even though its listed as growth and decay and aura. Its either broken or description is wrong, so running this witch power you still need 3 additional growth and decay witch powers to activate Friend of the Bog bonus.
