Someone sure hates Bramble. Besides the bugs in the past (stuck and not attacking, etc) now, in War plans, in Dungeon, near the lair Bramble appears twice. One of them dies, the other vanishes but the health bar stays on and the dungeon is locked, No exist dungeon, no teleport, no teleport on map. Happened to me twice, one time Bramble spawned outside the lair, somewhere in the woods.
Workaround: join a party then leave party and comeback to your war plan.
