I had the quest where you have to bring a flower to Veroka and on the way there, I got the Faith in Blood one.
While the speech was still going on, I have delivered the flower and completed the alchemist quest.
Now the visual is fixed in the apothecary and though I can move the character, the camera will not follow, thus being stuck in that small area.
