I can dismount horse and do attack jump as normal on my barbarian and necromancer.
But on my rogue and sorcerer i cannot dismount or do attack jump from horse. Changing controls from Z to V as an example don’t work. I have to use T (portal) to dismount.
Update: Reason that i could not dismount is because i was on a horse that is missing in my inventory. I changed horse to another one and i can now dismount!

I also noticed that i am missing horses on some of the characters.
With the Game update that was released the night between the 9 and 10th of June 2024, I found my seasonal Rogue character glitching upon mounting her regular horse, I-posing stuck through the mount and unable to dismount normally. Only way to dismount in town was to ride into one of the buildings with vendors or the like. Outside of town it required targeting a monster and attacking.
So same seems to have happened to me. One of my horses has disappeared from my inventory the Black and White flecked one with arcane markings/tattoos. I have had it since early in this season when I got it as a drop.
I have the same issue. Maybe someone has already fixed it? Rebinding the button did not help
I have the same issue with this - the horse I was riding on wouldn’t dismount and was also no longer available within my mounts list. Most of the ones missing are shop bought and are not cheap cosmetics by any means.

The same thing happens to me, yesterday everything was fine with my mounts and after the patch the character was in a strange pose on top of the horse and I realized that I am missing mounts as well (some are purchased through the store), any solution?
Same for me, right after the patch.
The exact same issue for me with the Polaris horse. It was the mount I was using before the update and it is gone from my stable selection.
Really annoyed with the issue honestly. Considering the price of the upcoming expansion I can’t understand the state of an update introduced to us yesterday. The game also lags so much it’s barely playable at times.
Teleport dismount works, great.
Can’t find my old horse looking in the stables, so I guess that is indeed the cause.
How can it be serious that 24h after a patch, a bug (not bugged before the patch) it is still not fixed? Does anyone in Blizzard that actually read this? And then they expect we buy the new expansion…? are you kidding?

Same for me, had that one ages. Not really happy about losing it and I hope they fix the bug pronto

Can’t dismount from horse. Tried rebinding buttons, but it did not help. They need to fix this quickly.
Same here, can’t dismount. Very annoying. Also the Charcter sits very strange on the Horse saddle.
Like others, changing horse did work. But I am missing many horses from my list after the patch.
