I’m on Xbox One X playing the open beta weekend.
Played till I entered the city of Kyovashad.
Now stuck at the quest where your char is supposed to enter the cathedral of light.
My level 7 rogue char should but can’t.
All the ways out of the city are blocked by invisible walls.
Even the ways I came from.
See can’t go to cathedral of light : diablo4 (reddit.com) for more people experiencing this.

On Reddit, also PC players report this problem.
But will do as you requested.
FYI
We’ve had similar issues trying to change zones but after running for several seconds (up to 20 or 30sec.) against the invisible walls we could move on. Seems like it takes a while for zonechanges to work, or the loading of the new zones takes longer. Didn’t have these issues so severe last week.
Btw. we were/are playing on pc.

I had the same problem here on EU twice, with two different characters.
I’m experiencing the same thing, I can’t even go to other waypoints. I’m on PlayStation, and tried switching to other missions and I still couldn’t leave Kyovashad
Same, stuck in Kyovashad on PS5. I’ve spent over 5 mins trying to run past a single one of the invisible walls - it’s not working.
Posted a bug report like you guys did.
Noticed the invisible wall usually occurs at east gate of city.
Worked around it by fast travelling somewhere, then straight back to city and walls gone
I’m having the same issue, can’t leave the East gate at all, not with sprint either. My bf playing from the same IP, diferent pc has no issues at all. Leveling up did not fix it, kept on having to exit through the other gate.
