So i found a bug, atleast i think it’s a bug.
When using challenging shout, it falls off in 9 or so seconds. I buffed the duration with items, so the tooltip says 13,62 seconds. I´m using “increased crowd control duration” affixes and "exploiter, smiting " imprint to increase duration. I stay “healthy” during the effect, so it doesn’t fall off due to the smiting imprint.

Yep, noticed the same problem. Got it up to 14 seconds yet still lasts under 8…
