It says +2 to Agility/Subterfuge skills, but the actuall skills say “Item contribution: 1”. It’s clearly broken and needs fixing.
I’m also having this problem. I have the aspect maxed, and when I put it on my neck piece, the tooltip says +5, but it only adds 4 ranks.
Same here, always missing 1 point of it.
Yeah it seems bugged, I’ve got it to rank 3 but it’s only adding +1 when equipped
