[ BUG ] Damage reduce not applied

Hi!
I found 2 bug with my mage. ( i think its bugs )
1 - The aspect give me 20% damage reduction when i use my basic skill. The problem its not given to me. The skeleton hit 219 normal, then i used the basic attack and still hit 219 or sometimes more.
2 - Destructie Charge Bolt is a talent wich reduce the damage 25% for 3 sec if the enemy hited with it. It is the same situation, deal the same damage normal and after too. So where is the damage reduce?

Please guys can you check too? Or i missed something?

I tried to test it, but it’s very difficult to make out with the damage variance.

Sorcerer mitigation certainly seems buggy overall, so I wouldn’t be surprised if half the stuff isn’t even applied.

I dont know exaly how working the damage reduce, but 45% damage reduc and hit the same amaunt damage is really wierd to me.

But i hope the blizz check it. Thanks again your help!
