The effect of reducing the resource drain granted by the Caged Heart of Determination does not affect the draining effect penalty from the The Great Feast Wrathful Malignant Heart
Is this a bug or is this intended? If it is intended, then the wording is horrendously misleading.
I noticed this too, was happy to be able to find a 90% resource drain reduction, which I planned out for using for the great feast, but it didn’t work 
it’s a shame how Blizzard gets away with all this, I mean, don’t they try things out before releasing?
90% resource drain reduction… are you serious? most i have found thus far is a 65% still though… does not work as intended or rather as worded because clearly there is an issue… why am i not surprised.
