When entering flooded depths in Scosglen I accidentally happened to walk around the “Compromised Oilstores” location and still managed to destroy all 3 bells in the dungeon, when I was walking back still looking for “compromised oilstores” I found the right path and the quest progressed to destryou all 3 bells. Problem is they are already destroyed and have not respawned.

Same problem here. I skipped some part of the way by teleporting.

Yes, i had same problem. I’m thing main cause is teleport to second part of map. There is rope in the middle. If you use rope there, everthing works. But teleport withou using the rope is problem. Quest label it’s stuck and “destroy 3 bells” shows after you already destroid them. So nothing to destroy and you are stuck. So just use the rope, before start destroing the bells.
