The achievement friendly fragrances is bugged and not tracking, i have buffed at least 15 other players with it but still at 0/100

Can confirm I have buffed 10 people and have received 0 credit towards this challenge. Same issue as OP.
Yeah, I’m trying to achievement today and it won’t budge at all. Would be great to get some feedback on the status of this please and thank you.

Still bugged, always 0/100.
Still zero for me as well & I use the incense whenever doing World Boss’s so know that other players are going to be in range of it most of the time.
