[Bug] Horadric Portals

1. Horadric Portals are unresponsive for the first 5-10 seconds after they open.
2. Some dungeons have 2 Horacric Portals, but both lead to the same strongroom, whats the point in that?

i have not seen the two portals but agree its about 5 seconds till pressing to interact actually works i thought is it double tap to use as never works first time then its fine second try but is after say 5 seconds
