I’ve been grinding hard in Diablo 4 Season 5—banging out Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, and Infernal Horde events—but the “Manual of the Mad Moon” (Ultimate Cooldown Reduction) manual for my Rogue is still MIA. I’ve covered all bases, making sure I didn’t miss any drops, yet it’s nowhere to be found. From talking with other players, it sounds like this might be a known bug messing with the drop rate or availability of certain manuals. Anyone else having this issue?
