That happens to me also. I am 100% certain that I had it done 8 out of 10 on my first toon before the Abattoir of Zir patch. Couple days ago I noticed that it was on 4 out of 10 on my second toon and today it was 1 out of 10. I am switching often between tiers to help others level faster. Also I am switching a lot between toons for testing out loot that drops on either of them.
