Latest patch included this fix: Fixed an issue where Metamorphosis would not trigger temporary movement speed bonuses.
This works in the open world, but on zoning into a dungeon it stops working. Very easily reproducible for a Sorc with Esu’s Heirloom with Metamorphosis. In the open world, I get a 75% speed boost after evading (morphing?) but in a dungeon I don’t. In some cases, I have also lost the speed boost after evade when moving between open world zones.
