Popping this up again for Season 9. Two options here, either it should only work with casts, in which case nature’s fury spawned boulders from casting hurricane should not rotate OR Nature’s fury procs from Core Skills (including Shred w/ Nature’s savagery) when using Metamorphic Stone should rotate. I’m guessing the bug is that for Dolmen stone purposes only wrath skill triggered boulders count and that should not be the case here, this would make for an interesting poison shred if it were fixed.
