[BUG] Nightmare Dungeon Objective Not Spawning

Hi there,

Just done a Kor Dragan Nightmare Dungeon with the objective after the ladder drop to kill the Blood Boils. We had one blood boil left to kill but it had never spawned.

We checked the entire dungeon map 4 times, made sure to open every door, explore every corner and kill every mob. It was 100% not within the dungeon map. (It should appear on the Minimap anyway like the rest did while in dungeon).

Just had the exact same thing happen, did a full run back though to the start of the dungeon ā€œjust incaseā€ but no sign of that last blood boil.

The same thing has happened to me. Killed every mob, opened every door trying to find the last blood boil. No such luckā€¦
