[Bug] Persistent Black Screen Crash After Teleports – Still Not Fixed

I’m still experiencing black screen crashes after multiple teleports, especially while in a party.
My system exceeds the recommended specs (RX 6750XT, 32GB RAM, M2 SSD).
I’ve tried all known solutions: SafeMode=1, DirectStorage disabled, VRAM OC on/off, fresh install, FPS cap, Windows/driver updates, different graphics settings, HAGS unavailable on system.

This issue only started after purchasing the Vessel of Hatred DLC.

Please escalate this issue to the dev team – many players are affected and nothing resolves this reliably.

Same issue here, BIOS update made it marginally less common.
