I have used 2 refinement tributes reaching reward level 4, it has dropped some legendary items but no obducite, please check this huge error
I just experienced this issue as well. Here’s what happened in my case:
I formed a four-player party, and we started running refinement. On my first run, I used only the refinement tribute (no bargain), and no one received Obducite. However, when the other three members used their tributes, we did all receive Obducite.
Next, I started another run, this time adding the Unique Item bargain. After completing it, we didn’t receive Obducite or a Unique item. Hoping it was a session issue, I restarted my client, but the problem persisted.
We then disbanded the party, and I tried a solo refinement run. This time, I did receive Obducite.
I’m not sure if it’s relevant, but I have cross-network play enabled.
