BUG Report! Are you aware?

I can’t seem to find an appropriate thread to report this, but it is known that some of the important (purple marker) quests not functioning. For example, I recently started developing a Sorc, the character was boost 1-50 by the gifts some seasons ago,. I can’t access the class quest, I upgraded my potion to level 60 and the quest did not disappear or complete. I can’t fully develop my character until I can activate the class enchantments.

Is there a fix in the works?

I’ve had this priority quest since July that’s unable to be completed. Blizzard showed no interest in that post, just like any other posts about this specific issue.
Are they aware? Unsure.
Will they do anything about it? Seeing the amount of posts about it reporting this and no reponses from Blizzard, probably not.
