Due to a large portion of my posts disappearing, which went with it all my bug reports I lodged as well, I need to redo this one.
During Helltides, when you leave a town on foot from any of the exits around the town, your Elixir buffs are removed.
This only happens during Helltides.
You can teleport into town and use your teleport to go back or teleport from town to town without any issues.
You can go to another area that is not a Helltide area and leave town and re-enter it on foot no issues. It seems to only do it in Helltide areas with Towns inside the Helltide zone.
