I will infer about refund if Blizzard doesn’t be interested in that problem. Before 1.0.3 everything was very fine since I bougth the game.

Capping my fps to 60 actually made it more stable (was able to play for an hour straight now before the next crash).

I’m thinking it might be related to GPU usage but then how does that problem only appear now after the patch. Very weird.
There’s nothing obvious sticking out with most of these. Some seem to have had the Discord Overlay and / or Razer Chroma running, so disabling Overlays and removing Razer Chroma could help.
Others who are similar to this were also caused by Controller Firmware, so if you haven’t yet, try updating the Controller Firmware.

I disabled chroma effects (I don’t even have this keyboard).
Discord is turned off during play.
I don’t use any controller except keyboard and mouse.
Everything is up to date.
Before 1.0.3 everything was fine.

Just crashed again. Doing nothing in particular. I thought it was from a background program running, (philips hue sync) turned it off, and it;s just crashed again, even limited FPS with v-sync as I’d seen others do it, and it crashed. Will try Nvidia overlay next after a fresh download and install.
After that, It’ll be waiting to see if it’s the actual drivers are crashing it.

there are hundreds of posts since yesterdays patch that people can’t play ONLY since this patch. this answer is not enough. roll back the patch so we can play again or bring this topic please up as highest priority for now to be fixed asap in you team. thank you.

I’m sorry but I’ve played the game for over 120 hours without problems under the same conditions, the only thing that has changed on my PC is your update, so the problem is with you… Currently I can’t play, 8 to 10 crashes per hour…

Since the patch I get disconnected from the game every 20 minutes…
I tried with discord off and disconnected controller
unfortunately it crashed the first 10 seconds

Brother, the one thing that is common with the bugs is the patch. I have 4 and thats after reinstalling the game with other 15 errors.

Mugen don’t waste your time and sweat. It’s Blizzard who have to apply a hotfix there is nothing we can do on our side. Capping my fps to 60 made me crash less frequently, from every 5-15min to around 45-60min before next crash but the issue still persists.

Not a single crash before the last patch. Not even during the beta. Now crashes almost every 10 minutes, seems to happen even more frequent in nightmare dungeons specifically.

I’m having exactly same problem, crashing constantly after latest patch, happening randomly but makes the game totally unplayable.
Before the latest patch the game was solid stable, even in beta.

HC player, so I can’t play
Totally agree, my pc is fully upto date, and no problems existed before the patch to 1.0.3 of course all this is doing is peeing me off with 8 - 10 crashes per hour and sometimes after a single minute it dies, looks like POE until you guys fix the problem.

Thought I’d fixed with the fresh install and turning off nvidia overlay. Had just over an hours worth of play then just the minute crashed out.

Fix the game! A lot of crashes every 2-5 minutes! Before this new patch game worked well! FIX IT! At the moment game is unplayable!
