Bug Report: Mad Wolf's Glee

Hi, I have found a bug with Mad Wolf’s Glee, it says +4 to all werewolf skills but it is only giving me +3 to all werewolf skills.

I came here to say exactly the same thing. The item says the range is 2-5 and it rolled 4 ranks, but it’s only adding +3 to werewolf skills, not +4

I am also having this issue. +4 to werewolf skills but only providing +3. I also have the chest with a +2 and a +3 and those work correctly.
