Bug Report - Non-Allocation of Benefits after Ultimate Edition Purchase

Dear Diablo IV Community,

I would like to report an issue I have recently encountered in the game, related to the acquisition of the Ultimate Edition and the subsequent activation of the Accelerated Battle Pass.

Context:
After acquiring the Ultimate Edition, which supposedly includes the Accelerated Battle Pass with its benefits such as the “Vampire’s Repose” emote and the 20 skip levels, I have been facing complications after purchasing the Premium Pass. :rage: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

  1. Problem Description:

Before activating the Premium Pass, I had the option to activate the Accelerated Battle Pass. However, when choosing to initially purchase the Premium Pass and later activate the benefits included in the Ultimate Edition, I found the deactivation of the button to activate the Accelerated Battle Pass. Instead, the option to buy it again appeared. :face_with_monocle:

Additionally, upon revisiting the “Season” and “Welcome to Battle Pass” menus, I found that the 20 skip levels and the “Vampire’s Repose” emote were not assigned either.

  1. Actions Taken So Far:

I have already contacted technical support via ticket, but unfortunately, I have not received a definitive solution. The initial response from support requested screenshots, and after providing them, the information received was that the case would be reported internally. :exploding_head: It is worth noting that, according to the GM I spoke with, I am not the only player facing this issue. :nauseated_face: :face_vomiting:

  1. Suggestions for Resolution:

Based on the technical support guidelines, I am now sharing my situation on the support forums, as suggested ( :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: ), in the hope of obtaining a definitive solution to this persistent problem…!

Conclusion:
I am quite disappointed with the situation, which has been going on through several tickets without a concrete resolution in sight. I hope that this report to the community can help identify and resolve this bug, providing a more satisfactory experience for all affected players.
