Bug Report - Title Disappearing

I am experiencing a minor issue with my Title, Paragon Paragon, disappearing when I change zones.
It does not happen upon changing sub-zone within a dungeon.
It does happen when crossing zones on foot, as well as when teleporting. Though it does not happen when you teleport from within a subzone, to another point in the subzone, e.g. Standing at the Obol vendor in Gea Kul, and then teleporting to the Gea Kul Waypoint does not remove it.
It does not happen with a different Prefix (tested with Laughing).
It does happen with a different Suffix (tested with Nemesis).

I have acquired the Paragon prefix by completing the “Disciple of the Vizjerei” Sorcerer challenge.
I have not completed the equivalent challenge on any other class.

It appears that the Paragon Prefix itself is bugged in some manner.
It might only happen with the Sorcerer’s Paragon prefix.
It happens for the Sorcerer class on both Seasonal and Eternal Realms.
It also happens for the Rogue class on Eternal Realms.

I could have made this more concise, but I figured I should confirm all the tests I’ve done on it.

The exact same thing happened to me with the paragon paragon title (lol)
I also acquired the prefix on a sorcerer.
Also I found that indeed only the prefix is bugged, as it won’t work with any other suffix either.

Edit: I tried this on both an eternal sorcerer as well as a seasonal necromancer.
Edit 2 (Electric boogaloo): I have reacquired the prefix on the seasonal realm and it still doesn’t work for that character.

The same thing is happening to me. However it’s on my Sorcerer with the title “The Mystery”. Whenever I use the “Mystery” Suffix, it reverts to “No Title Selected” when I log out and log back in. When I change to a different Suffix, my title will stay. This is happening to me on seasons. Is there any way to fix this so I can use the title that I would like to use?
