I’ve been playing with shred and primal shred passive as my main skill. It seems to clip character through floor from time to time, thus getting stuck under there with no way of getting up again. This is REALLY annoying in instanced content, for example Undercity.
It’s not possible to target monsters above to clip / teleport back up with shred, because monsters are too far at this point. Only option you have left is teleporting out, causing you to lose all progress and spent materials.
I’ve had this happen four times in last two days, possibly over ten times total. Last was in Undercity after using legendary tribute and spending 50m gold. Have had this happen in nightmares, pit and helltide aswell.
