Hi,
Although I don’t have all the temper manuals for the rogue ( I am missing the one which gives 1-2 to Second Wind ) and I did, for a couple of days, runs of ND, bosses, TOW and Hell tides it just won’t drop for me.
Pretty sure it’s a bug because for other characters they drop pretty easy during ND.
Thoughts?
