Added “11% thorns while fortified” on the helmet, but when fortified nothing is added to my thorns. Not sure if “while fortified” means I have to be 100% fortified but that is not explained nor would make any sense so I can’t really assume that.

Yes I’m trying to do a thorn build on my druid and see no diference using thorns while fortified (Not supposed to be barbarian specific). No difference on dammage dealt and no number change either.
boulder is bugged, thorn is bugged. . . Come on blizzard let me play what I want please.
