Received Trace of Echo item, quest launched, handed in at the Seer and at that point the eye dissapeared from the world and map.
Therefor I am stuck with “The resounding scream” quest in my log active, but no way to continue. A blue reply would be in place for this end game content which is extremely rare.
Maybe fix these kind of things first instead of pushing new event content ?? This is already existing for over a week.

more than 4 weeks now with this quest bug for many people and not a fix, apparantly fixing a key feature for the season journey is less important than creating new events and generating shop items for selling.
This is really an all time low in terms of blizzard support, this would have been fixed within a couple of days in the old days, but it seems its not important anymore.
I will be done for a while now with this game as its super obvious its no longer about the quality of the game or supporting people who actually pay for it. If i would have known this expansion would resulted in such a bug fest and lack of support, I would have skipped the purchase.
