After spending one point on Necromancer passive Imperfectly Balanced ability it becomes non interactive and won’t even display a points label like 1/3. Full respecc / relog or anything doesn’t help. No more then a single point can be spent on that passive ability.
Same issue for me.
Also Serration tooltip has been changed and it wasnt mentioned in patch notes. Can we get an update?

I just tried changing my build and guides on a couple of sites say 3 points can go into this stat but I only have the option of adding 1 point
