One on my chars on the Eternal Realm wont let me change cosmetics, This happened after messing with the Ensembles tabs. Head and chest options is now showing as weapons aswell. This is only for one character. Used some dough for cosmetics so this is kinda annoying.

I have the exact same problem. For my necromancer, on eternal, i cannot change cosmetics, all my ensembles are bugged, and i cannot modify any cosmetic.
This feels kind of ridiculous, after just spending 3000 plat for LK skin and i cannot even use it on my necro.
Bliz? Help? Or just refund VoH and all other purchases, since we clearly cannot use them cosmetics…

I just verified all my characters on eternal and all of them are bugged, cannot change cosmetics on any character nor can use anything in the “Wardrobe” tab.
Fix this asap…

Hi, i have the same issue with only one character on the eternal realm. Only my sorcerer has this issue with my helmet and my chest armor apparing as a weapon and a focus (not even the ones i use) in the wardrobe. It won’t save any change i made to any of the equipements, nor i can overwrite/use any of the ones saved. The wardrobe is broken. Don’t have this issue with my other 2 characters in the eternal realm. Pretty sure it is broken since the DLC came out.

Hi all. I have the same problem. I have 1 char only and Im playing not on season. Cant use transmogrify. Gloves slot seems like Boots. Game not saves any changes I make. Usually dont save on new empty wardrobes slot… Im playing on DLC. Need Blizzards help!

Same for one of mine characters, necro from season 1 - he has boots equipped in gloves place in wardrobe and I cannot overwrite any wardrobe slot with new settings.

Wardrobe not able to make new ensembles, or update/overwrite the old ones. Does not update my outfit when confirming either. I realy wish this was fixed since I like matching outfits…

I am also unable to save changes to the appearance of my character at the wardrobe after purchasing the vessel of hatred expansion. In addition it shows boots where gloves should be. This is only on one of my characters, I works fine for the all other ones.

Bought a cosmetic for my eternal druid hoping it would somehow reset it, however cant use it because my entire wardrobe and all presets are still bugged. Even 5th which i didnt buy yet doesnt work at all. Not happy at all about it! All gear is still missmatched and i can only use tattoo from the cosmetic. FIX THIS PLEASE!

This is a shot in the dark, but if you’re on PC, does deleting/renaming the Diablo folder in your Documents folder fix things?
It is clearly a file corruption or database corruption and deleting the afore mentioned folder has solved login problems for some people.

Unfortunately, no. None of the wardrobe or appearance settings are saved in the LocalPrefs.txt file, and it’s the only file in the folder on my PC.
