BUG with no access to Nightmare Dungeon

Hi, I’ve met a bug with Nightmare Dungeon. I have completed the first ND but am unable to craft new sigils (because I don’t have access to tabs: Craft Sigils, Salvage Sigilis). Quest for completion ND for the first time disappeared. I’m not sure but if there is a reward for this quest then I didn’t get it. I don’t know if it could be a reason for this problem. In seson journey tab I can check that in quest ,The depths of fear" it is shown that I’ve complete one out of five NDs.

you need to do higher level nightmare dungeons to unlock sigil crafting, I don’t remember the exact level, somewhere around lvl 3-5
