Butcher avoid my minons

Ok. Why is Butcher bugged? He hit me three times in the dungeon. Twice I tried to run and noticed… my minions act strangely when he appears. He doesn’t fight them, and my golem and skeletons seem to experience errors (like a “404”) during that encounter. I summon ten minions, but he doesn’t do anything to them; he only goes for me like a homing missile. Why does he work in this way? Is it a bug or a feature?

for what I can say, IMO, minions act very different from stress tests where there never did anything wrong and was perfect as they are in D3. now on pretty any aoe kinda dies, sometimes yes skels/golem dont aggro at all so anything attack me directly but also having a lot of lag on corpse explosion and summon skill… like if I try to explode or summon clicking over a group of corpses, they trigg (when they trigg…) even 2 seconds each… meanwhile also running for life trying to point corpses… and was not like this before

Being a necromancer with minions. Memorize the pillars in the dungeons. If The Butcher appears, run to the pillar and spin around.

The minions will do the work, while you play cat and mouse arround the column.

A feature, unfortunately. He’s immune to taunts and aggro control. As Mendiola says, you’ll need to play keep away and let your minions chip away at him.

I understand why he’s designed this way, but it’s a massive handicap for pet builds.

I only managed to defeat Butcher once, and it was when he spawned ON a immortality shrine (or whatever the name is).

Not sure why this is in the game, because it only favors those who can withstand melee attacks.
