hello, what is campaign completion? i have completed the entire story thru the epilogue.
but i still cant make a seasonal character it says i need to complete the campaign.
am i missing some other requirement?
You dont need to complete campaign to create sesonal character
According to the game you do, I also completed the campaign yet when im making a new character its telling me it only unlocks once youve completed campaign…
Thats really strange. Please check guys if you have correct version of the game. Looks like there was some more patches today.
Restart client, log out. Check battlenet
you do need need to finish the campaign its stated everywhere and confirmed by devs. did all the updates and patches. have restarted and relogged
You need to log into the character you’ve played on the Eternal realm to carry over your progress onto a seasonal character. (As far as I am aware)

i logged into my character that HAS complete all yellow quests aka the campaign .
Im the same, logged into main character, finished everything on there, still unable to do seasonal character. Hopefully they fix it by weekend
Guys, just create the character. At the end of the creation it asks you if you want it to be eternal or season. I was really confused first aswell. Just make your char cool and dandy and give it a name, after that you get to choose where to play it.
