I’m on Xbox series S. My friend on windows pc. We’re already friend on battle.net but he’s not listed in game social tab. I have a pending request from him in game but I can’t accept it. The error code is 5006. I can’t find anything about that.
I also cannot accept a clan member’s friend request. We are both on PS.
I have this same issue as well. Added as friend, I am on PC, friend on Xbox. Tried inviting me with the same error code. Friend is online but he appears offline on the Friends List Tab

I just ran into this problem today trying to deny gold sellers that have tried to friend me.
I have 3 left in my friends list that I can’t deny and get rid of because of this error.

Has anyone found a fix? Im trying to play with my husband who is on PC (Im on PS5). We could join a party but not accept as a friend.
I’ve had the same problem a friend trying to add me on Xbox he is on PC. His request is still in my box every time I click on it it gives me this same error code 5006. So he gave me his battletag. It worked for some reason. Yet his request is stuck in there.
Here too on ps5 from ps5. Any clues?
