Hello, im playing on nightmare. I finish the tree quest and i did the nightmare dungeon. Afterwards i recevied another sigil for rank 1 however when i go to the ocultist i cannot craft sigiles as i have this optoon grey. I do not have any white quest at hand as well. Does someone know what to do?

i have the exact same problem.
level 61 now, completed the storyline, done the nightmare prequest, done the tree of whispers stuff. but i’m still not able to craft or salvage sigils.
theres no quest guiding either.
i tried running several nightmare dungeons, i’ve upgraded glyphs.
theres nothing that seems to unlock the sigil tabs.
I have the same problem with this i dont know what i do. Blizzard fix this
figured it out, you need to run a Tier 3 Nightmare Dungeon.
on the Sigils you can read the Tier level, from the Tier 1 dungeon i got a Tier 2 Sigil, from the Tier 2 Nightmare Dungeon i got a Tier 3 Sigil. once i did that Tier 3 Dungeon, the white quest popped up in Kyovashad to unlock the 2 remaining tabs.

same issue tier 3 didnt fix it either
you have to be in WT3 to craft sacred and WT4 to craft ancestral sigils. (be in the WT while crafting, not unlocked)
Also you have to be in the corresponding WT to use it -.- so no sacred NMD while in WT4
Check your consumables. There should be a nightmare sigil in there to use. Hope this helps
you need to be in tier 3.
Completed a tier 3 nightmare dungeon (you will find this in a nightmare dungeon randomly)
And finish the tree quest
