Cannot open chests and other things

Hey

I am unable to open chests, turn rocks or trash vashes.
Why us that, since i cannot continue with a quest that requires me to open such items

Please advice

Is it something to do with the skills you’re running maybe?

I have the same problem in Ruins of Qara-Yizu, after defeating the boss and unlocking the waypoint. I can’t complete the side quest “Blood and Sweat” because I can’t interact with anything in the area. Bodies, chests, rocks etc. I only have the problem on one seasonal character.

*edit. Completed the quest. The rubble with the quest item in it was the only interactable that worked in the area.

I’m having this problem in Ruins of Qara-Yizu too. I can’t interact with chests, the rocks for the quest, even a statue of Lilith that I had miss but can’t claim it because this area is bugged.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve worked through other sidequests with hope that I had to do something before this quest but alas.

Does Blizzard actually read this or are these just discussions between players?

Unbind the skill, swap skill assignments with others on your bar. I had the same issue. This worked for me.

Unbind and swap skills on your action bar. This works
