I can’t claim the reward as I must have tabbed to another screen when I was at the box to select the rewards and now I can’t claim the reward and I’m stuck with 10 favours, I have no way of selecting the reward or activiating the reward selection box at the Tree of Whispers. I have restarted etc. I’m not sure what to try to get around this glitch?
I am having the exact same issue! Did you find a way ? I cannot claim the reward
Have you tried switching to another tree ? I was at one of the newly introduced “crow-trees” and ESC from the window where you choose which cache you want and couldn’t interact with it after that but then teleported to the Tree of Whispers and it worked just fine there.

Maybe? The same issue:
- Return to a Raven of the Tree.
- Move, or whatever to interrupt after getting in to select reward screen.
- No longer able to interact with the Raven.
!!! Will be able to return to the actual Tree of Whispers.
After update today, I just went back to the Tree of Whispers and I was able to get the choice of rewards again. It was still bugged at Raven Tree in Ked Bardu, though.
Same problem.
Things i tried:
-Logout/Login
-Other trees
-Change Torment lelvel
-Repair install
-Uninstall and reinstall
Nothing worked

Same issue here, no solution. Consider this character lost, delete it and start over OR wait and see, when Blizzard considers this bug priority enough to do something about it, but until that time whispers wont work.
