Can't customize right emote wheel

I can’t seem to put anything on my right emote wheel. Not emotes, consumables, misc options or anything.

I have the same issue. Playing on PC and it doesn’t work either with mouse or controller. Changing resolution and aspect ratio doesn’t help either.

I did find out something strange. It only happens on my druid, my first character. My necromancer I can customize all emote wheels with no issues. I haven’t really checked on my barbarian.

I cannot customize my right wheel. It wont highlight.

Same issue. Right wheel will not highlight with anything. Has anyone found a workaround?
