Can't find any in-game group and chat

Hello team i have a problem with multiplayer via xbox
I have 2 accounts on my xbox series s

  1. Main account with gamepass subscription
  2. Additional my son’s account for co-op playing

The problem on my Main account

  1. I can’t see global chat / trade chat
  2. I can’t find any group to join inside the game (no one group in any activities are avaliable)

At the same time if I use my son’s account i see global chat and can find and join hundreds of in-game groups

For my Main account in in-game settings I have “Cross-platform game”- active (on the screen of character selecton), but when select character and dive into the game - this option looks like disabled.

Setting “Global chat” also disabled and can’t be changed neither in game nor at chatacter screen
