Can't install Diablo4 after purchase

I have purchased Diablo 4 through Battle.net, but unable to install it.
While I bought it on June 6th, the bill came with the June 7th date of purchase on it. The game appears on the Games&Subscriptions page, but without any text associated with it (Active, Inactive, etc.). Trying to download it manually and installing it gives me the “You can’t install this game yet Error Codes: BLZBNTBNA000000C8” error.

I tried all the fixes i found online, so please don’t recommend me to reset/empty the cache/ reinstall etc.

Bonus points: I get an error while trying to open a ticket on Tech support too

i get this lovely error message:

"You can’t submit this ticket.

An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later."

any other suggestions?
