Was playing earlier, and logged out for 1h, and when i try to log back in this happens. lobby server is currently not available. please double check your version (code 397000)
Ive tried restarting my pc, game, launcher, modem, scanned and repaired, and looked for updates.
Tried the Changing from Auto to my GPU in Nvidia control panel aswell, but nothing works.

Same Issue here.
Have been trying to log in for 2 hours soon, scan & repair, check update, delete battlenet cache and restart pc. all of it without any luck

Same for me for a few hours now. I figure the East coast of the US hasn’t woken up yet so support aren’t even aware of the issue.
It was fine for me until about 10am GMT.
Seeing numerous spikes on isitdown sites, people reporting connection issues, so it’s not just me/us.
Weird that some are still playing though.

I’m currently on D4 Version 1.2.1.46666.
For about 12 hours I’ve been going to queue, then getting a “lobby server” not available and a message to double check my version.
I wonder if D4 Tech is aware of this error and does in have something to do with the D4 version 1.2.2 rollout?

I also see alot of people having the same problem complaining in twitch chats. Hopefully blizzard sees and fixes this soon…

Probably the server has updated to 1.2.2 already but we (users) are still on 1.2.1, end-up we are all blocked.

I cant play and got the lobby error but a friend started the game and has no issues, we both have same version

Having same issues. I repaired the install, restarted, changed my physX to my GPU, deleted and reinstalled diablo, and then tried to repair again. Still can’t log in and get the Code 397000 code every time I try. I see other people on my list playing so not everyone is having this issue. What the heck is going on?

Another user having the same issue. Prior to this issue, my sigils stopped showing the dungeon locations on the map. Then I had error code 316719 and when I tried to relog I now have error code 397000. Do the devs even see these threads?
