Can't start game

Hi,

I have purchased the game today and I am having an issue where the game crashes on start up on PC.

See below crash:

Logically I assume issue is my GPU does not support DLSS and it’s having issues with the DLSS dll.

I have a 1080ti GPU with latest drivers which I downloaded and tried out today (I thought driver update would fix issue but didn’t). To be clear issue is happening before and after driver update.

Manually deleting the dll’s works but the game attempts to re-download them after I delete them. Anyone have same issue and know of a better solution?

P.S. After deleting those dll’s I had ANOTHER crash on start up related to Razer drivers:

I’m having this issue with D4 and with hearthstone on American servers US servers. I contacted blizzard and they saying it on my side, but i been playing for years and this just started happening a couple of weeks ago, i gone thru steps they suggested and still no improvement, i even sent them the error messages with photos i got from my phone of the errors, will be u7pdateing my router with a new router and going to get a new pc, but i know it not on my side, i seen this before and in a few days it was on their side from a message on the blizzard launcher I WANT BLIZZARD PHONE SUPPORT BACK HARD TO TECH IT WITH EMAIL. this needs to be seen by blizzard and responded to!

they never will admit its their fault! its easier to blame player! if its my fault why the fak all other games works flawlessly! im so mad to this incompetent company!
