For some reason I can’t update the game. It keeps saying “queued”. Even if I try scan & repair, it’s just “stuck”. Never had this kind of problem with battlenet launcher. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello, if you’re still stuck, you can do this, it helped in my case:

  • Exit Battle.net app (Taskbar tray → Battle.net → Exit)

  • Go to Task Manager, look at Background Process, find Battle.net Update Agent, kill that process

  • Windows + R, enter “%ProgramData%” (no double quotation mark)

  • Delete Blizzard Entertainment and Battle.net folders (only these 2).

  • Reset your PC

  • Relaunch Battle.net, this should allow your update to process.
