Capstone, higher tier nightmare sigils

basically
ive completed all the campaign quests in diablo, done the tree of whispers many times, im 140+ on paragon levels, im able to access torment difficulties, but no capstone dungeon is showing, yes i was on tier 2 world, also checked on the other tiers to check. i cant get no higher on nightmare dungeons still stuck on tier 1, ive got the abilty to make nightmare sigils, but nothings dropping, done countless of them and just stuck…game keeps crashing too…

There are no more capstone dungeons.
If you’re on “Hard” and want to go to “Expert” you need to have completed the prologue, which is pretty much login to the game after seeing or skipping the videos.

All other progress is done via “The Pit”. You can read all this if you go to the monument in capital cities (Kyovo / Ked Bardu, etc), where you can change the difficulty. If it’s “Locked”, it will tell you what to do to unlock it.

There are no more tiered sigils for nightmare dungeons. Each difficulty tier has nightmare dungeons that correspond in difficulty as the easiest activity you can do. In my experience (no actual data), it works roughly like this:

• To enter Torment I, you need to do Pit 20.
• The nightmare dungeons in Torment I are of the same difficulty as Pit 20.
• Same for Kurast runs
• Helltides are roughly Pit 23-24
• Infernal Hordes, roughly Pit 27-28
