I think that the change alone would make the Barbarian Overpower/Crit-Builds like HotA great and strong again! What do think about that?

The best way to fix the unbalanced of classes in the game would be to buff skils and passives in their skill trees and buff class specific unique items. This should bridge the gap of unbalance and give us more to do leveling other classes the rest of the season.
