Changed release hour?

Hey guys,

I just noticed on my Battle .NET client (PC) the countdown: 12 hours somewhat from now. Which in effect boils down to a effective release hour of 05.30 IN THE MORNING!? (GMT+1 Brussels).

Previous seasons always delivered somewhere between 18.00 and 21.00 i think.

I cannot find any clarification or some kind of explanation that kind of clarifies the reasoning behind such a descision.

Why?? What is going on?

They are gonna drop some kind of news at the Game Awards Show, wich is tonight, so they pushed the season start till after the show. People speculate a paladin class shadowdrop, but i wouldnt dare to get my hopes up. Either way, they are dropping something, or they wouldnt have changed the season start time.

Thanks, let’s hope they do so this makes sense

I thought it starts 20:30 for EU today but I was wrong? Why does it say Dec 11th? I am confused!

Its just gonna be the next expansion announcement nothing else tbh, and yes paladin will be the next class for sure but noway it will be playable in S11 dont know why some people believe it will be hahahaha

New season starts 12 december at 05:30 in the morning

Makes sense to assume. After ‘divine intervention’ blizz has delayed season so you can pre-purchase expansion and unlock Pally now. This, before you are getting involved with your previous season class choice. Plausible.

it is being released on dec 11th…………just in the pacific area which is 8hrs behind us in the uk. its not 11th dec at that specific time until 8hrs has passed for us poor brits and the EU 8(

hence 4am ish

Its official, paladin drops today for people who pre-order the next expansion.
