The last time I played before this issue, I closed the game with alt+f4 now that I’d like to get my character to lvl 20 (was 19) it doesn’t load any characters and the character/world selection screen freezes. I already repaired the game and tried loggin in from another device.
J’ai exactement le même problème. 2 personnage 25 et un Nécro en cours de UP. J’ai quitté au level 5 car impossible de passer les dialogue et les scènes. Ni escape, ni clique G ne fonctionnait. Redémarrage et là, le jeu se fige sur la page juste avant d afficher les perso. Installation sur un nouveau PC, résultats identique. Cela doit provenir des serveurs…

Moin, mein Bildschirm ist auch “eingefroren”, meine Charaktere werden nicht geladen. Selbst wenn ich das Spiel schliesse, bleibt die Hintergrundmusik noch minutenlang hörbar
Same. Game froze on character select when using controller to select character. I have 5, upon selecting my necro, it froze.
I have exactly the same problem.
I tried the “scan and repair” function on battle.net and restarted my computer but nothing changes since yesterday evening.
Same here… froze on some starting screen, with 3 options:
- START GAME
- CHANGE WORLD TIER
- DELETE CHARACTER
But I can’t see any of my characters…
EDIT: NVM! I left the screen opened, and after a few minutes, it loaded my characters… it seems that the “character query” is taking a very long time… leave it open for a few minutes if you are having this problem…
